Our Shamley Green nursery and preschool is a setting where nature, community and countryside really count and where we ensure our beautiful location makes our home from home the perfect place for children and our team to learn and grow together.
We are looking for a fellow energetic, passionate and motivated professional to join us as Deputy Manager for our newly refurbished under two’s room, to lead a high standard of care and education for our little ones, growing them into strong young children ready to start school.

Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 Early Years and Childcare
- Thorough knowledge of the Foundation Stage
- To be able to demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Experience working in a day care setting
